I’ve loved this book since I first read it as an (giggle) adult. It’s one of my favorites for bedtime stories. Mrs. Tiggy Winkle is one of Beatrix Potter’s creations and she knows Peter Rabbit. Can you beat that? After you’ve read this version, find one of the ones with the gorgeous pictures to show your children. Or–just read yourself. It’s a step into an older, more secure world.
