I knew that I was going to order a Kindle 2. The tough decision was picking out a cover. I pored over the reviews of pretty much every cover available and finally decided upon the Trip. I had been leaning toward the GO! or the Prodigy, but the comments about cracking the spine of the Kindle, even with normal use, because of the latches on those cases, caused me grave concern. The Trip does not disappoint! Not at all. It does everything it says it does, which is to protect and secure the Kindle. The quality of workmanship and materials is top notch, and even the color is great. I highly recommend this product.

Love this kindle cover. It is barely bigger than the kindle itself, fits nicely in my purse and most importantly, protects the device, particularly the reading pane, from being damaged. My only complaint is that the cover bows a little bit, but this item is totally worth the price.

This was the first item I purchase for my Kindle and it did not disappoint! It fits snugly and provides a hard cover to protect it while in my purse or luggage. Love the color selection too!

I wanted something a little more natural feeling and less leathery/plastic. This is mostly fabric, but still feels durable. The cover is padded, and the inside is rigid and lined with suede-type material. I was concerned about how secure my Kindle would be without the hinge, but the straps on the corners hold my Kindle very securely. Now I know my Kindle is secure, and I don’t have to worry about getting cracks from a hinge. I also like that this cover looks nice, but it looks more like a notebook – it doesn’t scream, “Expensive technology inside!!!” I HIGHLY recommend this cover.

This is a great jacket for the Kindle 6″ Display. I agree with other reviewers it looks just like a journal and is comfortable to hold. This jacket is also super protective heavy thick but light to hold while reading. You could easily drop the Kindle while in this jacket and most likely the Kindle would receive no damage at all. Be aware that there is a slight opening on the right hand side top back cover for a light to fit into. I was really freaked out by this opening when I first got this cover and thought my cover was ripped upon delivery but this opening is normal and for a book light to fit into it. Other than that this jacket cover is great protection for the Kindle and does not get in the way in fact it makes the Kindle feel more like a real book.
