This is a good cover. I really like how it attaches to the kindle without brackets and I can take it out any time if I want.

It has a hidden slot on the top right portion of the back cover (looking at it when it is closed) to insert the M-Edge e-Luminator2 Kindle DX Booklight (Fits 9.7" Display, Latest Generation Kindle DX). At first I thought it was a defect because the the elastic fastener that holds the top right corner of the Kindle in place appeared to be pulling the felt-like inside away from the leather a bit. Then I realized it is a uniform, stitched slot, by design. You don't notice it unless you're really looking closely. I have a different light and didn't know this cover had the built-in slot. It's a Mighty Bright XtraFlex2 Clip-On Light (Kindle Version) Black [Amazon Frustration-Free Packaging] that attaches pretty well to the top of the Kindle.

I really like the color and texture. I wanted something a little different, but not too flashy. Purple is the ticket. It was worth waiting the extra days to ship from the manufacturer.

On the inside, the felt-like fuzzy material has a bit of a rippling in the "spine" area, but not to cause alarm.

The cover has a strong adhesive smell (like rubber cement). I've been leaving the cover lying open hoping to let some of the smell dissipate. I assume that it will over time.

Overall, it's a good cover, and feels good in hand. Glad I got it.

M-Edge GO! Genuine Leather Kindle Jacket with Hinge (Fits 6" Display, Latest Generation Kindle), Pebbled Purple

Very nice - I think it will serve its purpose very well. Fairly expensive.
