I read through some stuff like this on google, but nothing helps!
I have home basic, first of all.
I typed in “snipping” on the start search, but nothing came up.
I went to control panel – anytime upgrade – turn vista features on/off- and then people tell my to click the “tablet pc component” box. But I don’t even HAVE that folder.

I really want to use the snipping tool!
Please help!
