The Kindle 2 does sync with what you have read on your iPhone you have to click on the menu button and then scroll on to furthest page read and it will match up to the last page you were on.
Seeing all of the Kindles together in the wild is pretty sweet. The Kindle 2 doesn’t appear as tiny as I feared. Hmmm… I want one.
