  5. I’m hitting the gym today and will follow this routine. It’s so funny cause when I go to the gym I be saying (I ain’t no punk. so I will do heavier weights.. but I have learned to use this in moderation so I won’t hurt myself….lol)

    I will let you know how things go…Hopefully I remember the order

  6. Sheesh!!! Talk about a work-out! I gotta be honest there are some things I just now I wouldn’t be able to do right now, but I bet I’ll be just like you ripping through those exercises (that’s of course when I lose at least 20-30lbs) But there are also other things that I could do, but definitely smaller weights lol

  8. Your workouts are simply awesome. I have done cable pulls so many times and never thought about incorporating a squat to target lower body as well. Your endurance is so impressive..

  11. Everything You’ve showed..Ive done!!!… except the pullups!!!… I tried the pull down machine with someone to spot me and my arms ached for a whole week!!!!! I still got too much weight for this move……I use 5 and 10lbs weights for the other stuff depending on which moves Im doing!!..thanks for sharing!!

  12. spend all day in the gym. So lets work on defining your ‘real’ reason for working out. It should be something that gets you excited when you daydream about it. Next, before each session, try to put on some great music while you are putting on your workout gear, and begin thinking about your ‘real’ reason. Ok? ~ahmad

  13. thanks for your post. we all are human and we will tend to avoid things that can pull us out of our comfort zone. My trick is to always keep the ‘carrot’ in front of my face, when it is time to get my lazy butt into gear! Between you and I…I do quick intense workouts so that I don’t have to

  14. i think my priorities are not straight. sometimes i dont have a mind to do this. I dont understand it. ive only done wk1 cardio for four days. the first day i look a little time to understand what the whole wk1 vid and lesson 1 vid is about. Now i think i just do the movments to be finished.

  16. Yeah instead of the pull-ups you could just use the lat pull down machine…and use a moderate wait where you reach muscle fatigue around 12-15 reps…you will be surprised with how strong you really are. Will make a demo clip showing how to teach yourself to do a pull-up.~ahmad

  21. Nice, i usually use the first machine at the gym i will have to do some of those movements. Being able to do a pull up comes with strengthening your upper body more i assume because i still cant do it!

  23. the moves at the end could be used twice…where I used the dumbbell. No worries, part two will be a body weight workout…more advanced than the body weight exercises for fat loss..stay tuned…~ahmad
