characters strong… plot entertaining…love scenes hot and varied w/o too much kinkiness. well worth the money!

I picked this book up because I liked the cover (mmm) and thought that the premise sounded like something I’d enjoy reading. Plus, I totally enjoyed the excerpt as shown on this amazon product page.
A team owner’s daughter takes (for a 1 night stand) a player on her dad’s team to bed… not realizing who he is!
It’s only 200 pages, and I know to only expect so much plot and depth from a harlequin book of this length. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of plot and interesting characters. Some drama, some humor, and a fun steamy read. The sex scenes were descriptive and plentiful, yet short enough so that there was plenty of room for an actual story.
Fun and quick read- if you like hockey romances (which I, for some unknown reason do!) you’d probably like this one.
